Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If any item you order from us does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 30 days* and we will exchange the item or refund your money - whichever you prefer.
Please e-mail returns@omega-discipleship.com and inform us if you would like a refund or repacement. Returned items can be posted via mail to "Omega Discipleship Ministries - Returned Goods, 27 Thiess Drive, Albany Creek, Brisbane, QLD, 4035."
Refunded items can be credited directly to your credit card. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
1.) Items purchased in any stores or outlets other than the www.omega-discipleship.com online store cannot be returned or refunded here. Please return to original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
2.) Goods in transit via national or international post become the responsibility of the Postal Service, and Omega Discipleship Ministries does not cover the consequental loss or damage of such goods during delivery.
* Omega Discipleship Ministries must be contacted 30 days from time of dispatch when shipped within Australia, or 45 Days from time of Dispatch when shipped internationally for any return claim to be processed.
